that’s “targeting” by the rule but it’s still so horrible, the dude was head up and making a tackle. He didn’t launch or headhunt or do anything wrong there

So they were already out their top receiver weeks ago. Now they lost the other top 2 receivers? How do they have any decent players left? If they win they will get rocked next game

to me this is where the “forcible” part should come into play and forcible should be purposeful extra force into the hit onto the helmet, not just routine tackles
