None of them walked on to the men's team though, so I will assume the men's walk on is at least comparable to them.

He also got all SEC in tennis

So he could be womens tennis GOAT with ease and possibly WNBA GOAT

Not lying, he maybe the best man playing womens sports ever

Tennis and basketball GOAT is a hell of a combo I dont know many other men could do

They had no kickers b/c of COVID protocols and no men's soccer team. They found the person on campus with the strongest leg who was willing to play and went with her. Simple as that.

Guarantee you that there are at least 10 non-kickers on that roster that kicked in high school.

Was that a reference to that Mia Hamm/MJ commercial from the 90s?

It would appear then that there is not an open revolt, much to my disappointment. The line is not moving and this thread is sinking. Opting out seems that it is totally appropriate if it is not worth the risk of getting COVID. If you are 0-8, your coaches and admin have quit and resorted to publicity stunts, and you are facing a team that wants to grind you into the ground, it seems that risking illness would be inappropriate given the benefits. What’s keeping them hanging on, some pep talk by the kickers?

“Probably not. I’ve never had to have that conversation before. I’m not going to change and have that conversation now,” Smart said. “We don’t account for the kicker in our returns. I don’t think anybody in the country accounts for the kicker. You assume that if you get to the kicker, you did a pretty good job in the return game. We don’t plan on having a conversation about it. She plays a very physical sport to be honest with you. I’ve seen some pretty brutal collisions without a helmet and without gear on. I’m sure she can take care of herself when it comes to that. That’s not something we’ve really concerned with because we don’t assign anybody to the kicker.”

Game postponed. Vanderbilt pulls out due to lack of players and...ahem, Covid issues.

Who would have thunk it?

They really want that publicity. It’s a pathetic show by administration. She fricking sucks.

Yep. Probably cancelled under the guise of COVID19 in order to save face.
