Mo Isom LSU soccer player tried out for LSU football years ago under Miles, she didn't make the team though.
It was a fair try out though and I don't remember any big deal about it other than Miles gave her the opportunity with other walk on kickers.

Usually at a major D-1 school, especially an SEC one, there are a few dozen bros walking around campus as regular students that kicked in HS and could bang in a 35-40 yarder with regularity. The no tryouts thing tells me everything I need to know about this situation.
