Nothing states how long the relationship was. This could easily have been a short term thing. The guy is just frickin nuts

If i match with a chick on Bumble and she says shes 23, then i just say okay shes 23. Im not doing an FBi investigation on her age because i have no reason to question it.
If she tells me she works as a nurse, I say okay thats cool. No reason to question it
if my buddy tells me soon after that shes actually 33 and has no job then im probably going to think thats sketchy and call that relationship off.
Does that make me an idiot for believing what she told me originally? Does that mean im playing with fire and if i end up dead in a ditch then all is fair?
