USC left tackle Chuma Edoga was ejected just a minute into the Trojans’ game against Utah State after his dispute with an official got physical.

What was horrible? The original penalty? Even so, it's not worth fighting with a ref over just because he's pulling you away from the action.

That ref needs to be disciplined. He put his hands on the lineman and pulled his jersey for no reason. Then, when the lineman reacted, he felt threatened and threw a flag.
How about you not go around trying to push around someone that weighs 150 lbs more than you? Or maybe throw a flag on the defense when a lineman is getting pushed after the play is over?

Are you serious? It doesn't fricking matter what the ref does. As a player you have to be disciplined to keep your hands to yourself and let it go. Its not worth it.

I never said the player was right or shouldn't have been ejected. But, the refs shouldn't be allowed to put their hands on players and then overreact when said player responds.
Both were in the wrong. IMO, the adult was more in the wrong since he provoked the athlete for no reason. He should be punished as well.
