I still hate neutral site games.

I would 100% be going to our opener this year if it was in Tallahassee. Orlando can lick my taint

Thank God the B1G is protecting the Maryland/Rutgers match up. I didn't want to raise kids in a world where that game doesn't happen every year.

this board whined about notre dame doing this, but now since their team is playing these silly ooc neutral field games, it's cool.

Is that really a "neutral site"? Kind of reminds me of UGA vs Oregon in Atlanta being a "neutral site". Of course, they blew the Ducks out of the pond. That's not my point though.

Good game to bet on?

I'm fine with that though, means better matchups for the rest of the conference.

Lol A&M has really been setting the world on fire... in fact Iowa in the past 20 years has been a better program.

Lincoln Riley will have an aneurysm. They'll be below .500 in 2024.

Huh? I'm pretty sure no has played more neutral site games than LSU. And no one thinks it's cool. Most of us hate it actually.

The B1G (as they call themselves) just made this big announcement about their upcoming football schedule, and it is another reminder of how moronic they are with their naming practices. They called this schedule

“Flex Protect Plus model”

I mean really…… I guess it is too much to ask for them to say, 2023-2024 Football Schedule.

But hey, this is the conference that named their two divisions “Leaders” and “Legends”

Poor Nebraska is about to be even more of a backwater forgotten program.

20 years ago if you would have told College Football fans that Nebraska vs UCLA would be a Big Ten conference game, I wonder what the reactions would have been?

Good recruiting tool

I’ve never understood this line. If this was a thing, why isn’t Vanderbilt ever remotely competitive? Why does Maryland pretty much always suck?

I just don’t see “come here and you can get blasted by the top teams in the country” being all that compelling.

Well, there's a slight difference between USC and those schools you mentioned. USC can compete for national titles.

A lot of the top Cali kids are leaving for the other conferences to play in meaningful games. Now they can stay home and play a great schedule every year. I think it's a fair argument.

You mean USC misses the Harold Perkins’ missile.
