Feels like we’re quickly approaching the part of the outrage where it’s just forced at this point.
The hit was bad, the USC player should be suspended multiple games for the celebration after, but this play has happened before and will happen again.

i didn't even think the hit was bad. Celebrating was the only bad part for me. Multiple game suspension is crazy though.

Hit was a bang bang play. Defender was already going down to tackle when slide started.
Did it deserve a penalty? Yes, it did. But in a vacuum that's it.
His taunting and celebration afterwards while a guy was unconscious on the field was pretty fricking terrible. If he had kneeled next to Moore and shown remorse, no one would be talking about this.

I mean, the hit itself was probably a 4/10 on the scale of unsportsmanlike hits… if he doesn’t parade around and smile and laugh like a jackass after the fact, I don’t think people would be coming after him like they are
