And yours are not one of them.

Guess you call these rational.

Flying to the West Coast- Laughable
Playing the bottom SEC teams- not true, when they include SEC co-division champs, division champs, middle teams.
Not playing beating LSU, UF, AU, AGA. Not true with AU. Also, is it just a very small handful of teams in the SEC that are tough or the conference as a whole? can't have it both ways.
Blip in the road- not when it goes on for 8 years. A bump in the road would be LSU losing to Tulane 2 out of three years.
Not having to play in the SEC week after week - these games are often prior to the SEC season. Both teams are equally as fresh.
Injuries-- Yes, the pac-10 plays touch football.
Helps when you two by weeks on a consistence basis though. Yes, all the PAC-10 wins come after a by week.
USC has four of the wins- So. The other dominant team of the decade has 4 for the SEC.

Fact is that the wins the SEC has are against PAC-10 teams that are traditionally at the bottom. (Oregon State, Arizona, Washington State).

Now move to another thread to get owned there as well.

Easy to cherry pick...you are very good at that...

What PAC 10 teams are not traditionally at the bottom are mid-tier as of late outside USC and Oregon and occasionally Cal pops its head up...

Is USC allowed to move to the Mountain West mid-season?

JR's performance against ASU was clutch.
But if LSU fans (such as Dandy Don, say) are honest, luck was a huge factor in that win.

Has USC been lucky in wins? Absolutely.

Like it or not, which way the wind blows, the rain falls or the yellow flags fly has been a factor in most, if not all football games.

The PAC 10 seems to be a little down this year, but one thing is certain: It will do no worse than .500 against the SEC.

People bring up how terrible the pac-10 is, yet LSU has had some of their tougher non-con games against bad pac-10 teams

LSU has also had some of their easier nc games against the pac-10. Appy State puts up more of a fight than Arizona.

What a load of crap!! Except maybe for Oregon, the rest of the Pac 10 (or should I say Pac 1.5) teams on their schedule are cupcakes. Of the Condom's remaining games only one opponent is even ranked.

On the other hand, the best SEC teams will each play 3 or 4 games against teams currently ranked in the Top 10.

It seems to me 90% of your conference is "traditionally at the bottom" so the odds are against us. Other than USC, which Pac-10 teams are "traditionally at the top"?

The biggest difference between the PAC-10 and SEC is depth. And I don't mean yearly depth from top to bottom. I mean depth in the number of teams year in and year out that can achieve top notch status nationally. Yes, the PAC-10 can take it to the SEC on any given saturday. Case in point is the PAC-10's winning record against the SEC during the BCS era. But what the PAC-10 can't do, or even come close to doing, is field different schools in different years that have LEGITIMATE shots of winning the title. Yes, USC is an absolute juggernaut and deserves the praise bestowed upon them. But the SEC brings LSU (2), Florida, and Tennessee with BCS titles. And Georgia has knocked on the crystal door quite a bit lately. And Auburn got left out of the title game after going undefeated. So you tell me, what does the PAC-10 have to boast about in the BCS era outside of USC besides a better regular season heads up record?

IMO conference depth (from top to bottom) is somewhat overrated. Everyone talks about it and, yes, it does matter. But the real measuring stick is how many different teams does a conference put forth yearly with a REAL shot at the national title. That is the depth that matters. In that regard the PAC-10 lags far behind. And that is no knock on USC because they are the only ones carrying the weight of the PAC-10.

Am I the only person that doesn't think this was aimed at the SEC? I took it that OSU scheduled Ohio and Youngstown State...afterall, it was a USC guy holding the sign and they were playing OSU

PAC-10 is very weak this year.
3-7 this weekend.
Pac-10 needs to be renamed to:
Pimp-10 = USC and its 9 Bitches.
