Tend to agree that a golf course should be somewhat green and not completely brown in the middle of June. Would wager that all of the promo material for Chambers Bay has pictures when they are watering and it is green.
p.s. the shots Adam Scott and DJ just hit with the tracer were amazing.

The only real complaint I've heard which appears to be accurate is that down grain putts in the afternoon are often bumpy roller coaster rides.
