This "witch hunt" goes way beyond Riley Gaines. As one small example of what Thomas' winning the medal did to one swimmer: this swimmer stayed one extra year in college for a chance at a NCAA medal. She came in 11th, needing to finish in the top 10. Thomas ' winning deprived her of her earned medal. Do you follow sports at all? This issue is an issue all over the country, in high schools & colleges. Ever hear about that female female high school volley ball player who was hit in the face from a volley from a tranny so hard that she was hospitalized, a severe concussion along with partial loss of vision in one eye? etc etc etc

"With or without Thomas"? The top 10 finishers are awarded trophies. She actually was awarded one but as the NCAA only had one 5th place trophy to award, it was given to Thomas. As for what Penn. forced on its female swimmers being true, this per one of the female swimmers' comments on M.Kelly's & Gaines' live pod cast. This swimmer also said that one of her teammates had been raped in a bathroom, so being forced to accept a 6'4" naked male in her locker rom was off the charts traumatic to her. The Federal Govt. had to get involved because of biden's attempt to wipe out Title IX protections for female athletes. POTUS Donald Trump's EO tossed that attempt.

It's absolutely fricking nuts. These same people would open the sorority house door for Ted Bundy. They think Buffalo Bill was the hero. Lost in all this is the fact that an “Ivy” league institution with an annual tuition of $66,000+ can’t define what a women is. Not because they don’t have a biology department, nor a humanities department…they just don’t want to.
Which in reality should negate 285 years of existence and make a degree from the University of Pennsylvania absolutely worthless. All because those highly educated stalwarts lack a backbone and common sense.

Not bitter at all and if you read my posts in this thread fully, you would see that I support forcing Thomas to give back his medal. Gaines should get 1st place if she got second and Thomas was eliminated as he should have been.
All I added was now that she gets that, she can move on and focus on other important things. UPenn got this all wrong from the jump, but Gaines is also now a celebrity and able to profit off the experience, so in reality it worked out for her. Nobody knows who she is without this garbage situation. That is a fact.
But glad a wrong was righted.

" Who knows she is without this garbage situation"? She didn't need this situation. She had already been accepted into dental school & was an academic All American at UK. As well, she was the SEC's student academic athlete of the year. Too, every member of her family, including her husband, were athletes of varying success....her father was a professional football player.
