These teams are 4-0 combined against Karr, Zachary, West Fel and Catholic... They have undoubtedly shown they can play with the Big Boys.. They have more Talent and certainly have THE DEPTH to do so..
JC went through a weakend Catholic League and trounced a overmatched Parkview this season. Both DLS and U played as tough a schedule as JC.

Easily two best teams... Look at their schedules and margin of victory over teams playing for Championships. Anyone who disagrees with that is either Blind or has some sort of fettish for John Curtis.

The Catholic League is down.. DLS trounced St. Aug which in fact went 5-2 in the Catholic League.

Just peaking at Curtis schedule this year, I think Catholic has a good chance to beat them

the catholic league has been down.

does anyone know if school cancellations for snow will play into games - aren't there some rules that if school is cancelled so are extra curricular?

FWIW... IMHO JC is the best team I saw this year in person.

7 for Hahnville is the best player certainly the most dynamic.

U high is awfully well coached and has been on this stage before... DLS has not been on this stage since b4 integration. I think the only think hurting Uhigh is how long they have gone without being challenged for 4 quarters.

JC was tied with St. Aug going into the 4th qtr of their game. When DLS played St. Aug they were giving their Freshman team snaps in the 4th qtr.

THey have a better shot of beating them than they did beating ECA last week or Rummel 2 years ago

only playing 2 games in 34 days could hamper JC execution. and A few teams playing this weekend are missing key players form their last games

Catholic league is down. Rummel prob best team in the state without injuries. JC was a step above all however. They shouldn’t be lumped in with the rest of the league

Both teams have smashed everyone they have faced this year. Should be a good game. Anyway to watch it online?
