That's right. Dana is being vague but they can only go after people posting the streams. There still isn't a way to prosecute individuals who only view the stream. This "guy" that Dana has the FBI watching is someone that has been posting ppv's for others to watch.

he dosent travel anymore. he only does the ppvs that are in America. I think hes just over those long flights and UFC has been doing more and more overseas events the past few years
