Yeah I typically side to the person being aggressive in the prefight shite losing the match. Think recently to figueriedo and Moreno with figueriedo talking crazy and then pushing Moreno at the weigh in. Just a little different with Conor as he has always acted crazy.
Pressure is definitely on him to win to keep it going. Takes a huge hit as far as being a competitor if he loses. I guess there will always be the sideshow fights like Diaz or masvidal or some thirsty YouTube star.

They just posted the last episode of the embedded series. It shows Conor going after RDA at the weigh-ins. RDA still wanting that fight bad 5 years later. I could see it happening if Conor loses
I’ll be honest, as a Conor die hard im starting to get a bad feeling about this one. After watching all the press and promos leading into tonight Poirier seems really relaxed and Conor seems to be pressing. He also seemed to be at a loss for words a couple times at the presser when Poirier fans fricked with him about getting KO’d which is unusual for him. Hopefully I’m over thinking it he’s taking this as serious as he says and comes out looking more like the Conor of old. I did take some comfort in him saying he had Poirier rocked several times in the last fight but he was playing for points and regrets not finishing him early when he was tagging him. It could be all bullshite and he’s just making excuses as to why he couldn’t knock him out, but I think he’s going to go into this one even more agressive and try to sleep him early. If DP weathers the storm again like last time, Conor is in trouble

Poirier is the more technical fighter and I think he wins. His only KO loss at 155 was against Johnson and it was like 90 seconds into the fight. If Conor can't finish him quickly, the fight favors Dustin the longer it goes.
Also, I completely forgot that Poirier and Korean Zombie headlined a card back in 2012. IDK why but that seems so crazy to me that those two fought that long ago and are still in their primes.

All the McGregor antics seem forced. Early on his mind games gave him a huge advantage. I just don’t see that being a factor anymore due to all his recent losses.
