The only race Hill would win in is the race to have the most children with the most different women

I think he would definitely beat him in the 40. After that, Lyles is going to walk him down reasonably easy.

He would probably win or at least be competitive in a 40 yard dash. He ain't winning a 100m race

Last year Hill 29- ran a 60-meter time of 6.70. The time ties Hill with a few other runners for 213th place in the world this year in the event.

After the race, Hill took to Twitter. "Never racing again," he wrote. "Had me out there looking wild."

Hill's personal best in the 100m is 10.19 seconds.

Jasmine Todd, a 2015 World Championships silver medalist, weighed in on the conversation, encouraging Hill to try "calling out" the three high school boys who ran faster than him Saturday at New Balance Nationals.

Getting beat by half a second in the 100 at that level is getting destroyed.

Usain Bolt on NFL players challenging sprinters to a race: "“They have zero shot. I think over the years people always aim for the top. I’ve learned through the ranks that there’s a ladder, but no one wants to climb the ladder. They just want to get to the top of the ladder.”

Are you talking about Lyles or Reek? Or both?

…being dead last at 40ish yards.

It’s just different kinds of speed. Top end vs. off the line.

Yes, I was agreeing with you. Lyles isn't the fast starter at the 100m, they might be competitive for 40 yards. But once they get past that, Lyles would smash him, it would not be close.

The last time Hill ran the 100 3 High Schoolers were faster than him

Noah might beat him even in the 40yd.

Noah ran 6.44 for the 60m this year, Tyreek ran 6.70 last year. Thats a big arse gap for 60m.

Hill's personal best in the 100m was 9.98. Certainly elite in the context of a football player. To put it in context of the best in the world...8th place (last) in the 100m final at the Olympics ran a 9.91. Lyles ran a 9.79

I’d like to see 60 yds holding a football and wearing pads.

This was wind assisted, so it doesn't "count" as an official time

Hill's PB in the 60m is 6.64. Lyles' is 6.43. Lyles is considerably faster even in shorter distances
