And yet there are clowns on the other side that do the same when UL-Lafayette is referred to as Louisiana. Not to mention threatening legal action against the university lol. I don’t care what the frick anyone calls us. But calling out a fan base for pettiness when you and multiple other fan bases do the same stupid shite is hilarious.

I heard LaSU "fans" were wanting out of the SEC. Seems some can't take the pressure of being in the same conference as Alabama. But what they don't realize is that LaSU would be absolutely nothing without the SEC. They need to be in the SEC so they can remain the big bully on the block. LaSU would be just another LA school.

Who says some of us don’t post over there? And yes, there’s people over there who are strict about using “Louisiana.” But you’re blind if you don’t think it’s the exact same way on the opposite spectrum with a good number of the LSU faithful.
Because you said it yourself. “Should have stayed USL and know thy place.”
For a university that is considered a state flagship with one of the richest athletic departments in the nation, I’ve never seen a fan base that whines about the most petty issues which includes what some other in-state school calls itself. It’s quite possibly the most confusing head scratcher one could think about. I only wish your fans could put a fraction of that effort into solving the financial problems that your school is currently going through instead of worrying so much about the way we brand ourselves.
