Look at my weigh in pic vs Lauzon.... That was at 3% and I had way way way less fat then kimbo does. I had veins on my abs.

I know you know what you are taking about. My experience with it is that I'm a bigger guy, about Kimbo's size probably. I've had my body fat down in the 10% area (5 years ago, lol) and my abs did not show like Kimbo's do at all.

fwiw, nelson is the guy who needs to drop to 205
was he 254 or 264 at weigh ins? i thought i heard 264, but i thought 260 was the max weight in UFC?

Yeah, that is what I was thinking. He isn't a big strong looking guy with some fluff over all that. He just looks fat and that is it. Does he have any punching power? that is really the first time I've seen him fight and obviously couldn't tell from that.
