The 205 class I way more well rounded that the heavies.
And, many times 205ers are just as strong as many of the heavyweights, with obvious exceptions.
But they are twice as fast and don't gas

He could do it, it would just take a hell of a toll on him I think. I mentioned before, his body fat has to be around 2% when he is weighing in I think by looking at him. He might be able to lose the water weight, but it would be a hell of a recovery for him.

Roy's obsession with landing unanswered baby taps against a guy with no ground game was awesome. The fact that he's been talking shite about Dana lately is pretty much gonna guarantee him a trip back away from the UFC.
