Being a coach on this show is the best decision Rashad has ever made. He is going to go from being a fighter that no one liked to a guy with a lot of fans. Hard not to root for a guy like that. To go over to Rampage's fighter and pump him up after the loss like that. Even if it is all an act, the guys on his team are benefitting from his positivity big time. What is Rampage's record in the first round of these shows right now? 1 - 11 ???

By comparison this might have been the most technical fight on the show so far although it still wasn't great. Rampage was correct AFTER the fight that Demico should not have rushed to try to mount like that. He was doing just fine in side control and was winning the fight. He only should have gone for the mount if it was absolutely wide open. He rushed it and over extended himself and got reversed and the rest was history. He almost got caught in the anaconda choke earlier in that round too.

I lost some respect for Rampage and his coaches after this fight as well. Completely ignoring your fighter after a loss is wrong no matter how "disappointed" you are. You don't like losing. We get it. Now coach your guys better so you will stop losing.

With that said, he was still cracking me up when he was talking about wanting to kill Rashad:

"Punch him through his face and rip out his brain. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Then throw it on the ground and spit on it. PATTEWWW!!!.............................Then kick him in the nuts."

"I don't remember being pissed about the Kimbo stoppage. Roy had him down in the first round and was hitting him. Then Roy jumps up and looks at me like 'What the [expletive] Dana?' Like I'm up I'm over there telling the ref, 'Don't stop this fight'. Like I have input or something. That was my first beginning of getting [expletive] irritated with Roy Nelson," said White during the latest episode of TUF 10: The Aftermath.

White said Nelson's request for a burger after the fight irked him too:
"Then he runs over and asks me to go get him a [expletive] Whopper. That was my second starting to get [expletive] irrated with Roy Nelson."

White also picked on Nelson for his strange training habits (4:57 mark). He refuses to join a big camp and insists on doing much of his training out of his home gym. White thinks it's holding Nelson back. Aside from the exposure, a chance to win TUF 10 and enter the UFC, here's hoping the show changes Nelson's attitude about his training, dedication and conditioning. We don't expect it to change his attitude. And he probably shouldn't change his attitude because he's got the potential of being a pretty polarizing character in the fight world.

As bad of a coach as Rampage is he did figure it all out at the end. These guys are not that good and will probably never be that good. So to win fights on TUF, just have them fight as comfortably as they can without pushing them to pass guards etc.

I still say Dana should have picked Page's assistant coaches for him. It's not fair for his fighters.

Those are some of his friends that he probably trains with but they are not his coaches. Juanito used to be his coach, but they had a falling out.

Now he trains part time at Wolfs Lair in England with Bisping, and the rest of the time he probably works out on his own with his buddies.

Part of his problem imo, is not having a full time coach/team.

I hate to laugh at a suicide attempt but that quote.
