What gets lost is that Jake Fromm actually did the same thing during their possession. They had to hit a massive field goal to go ahead.

That's the most open and comfortable I've ever seen Tua in a interview.

I remember Saban being pretty irate with him for the interception before the half against LSU in '19.

I don’t recall the last time anyone missed a field goal against Bama, but I feel like it was before that one.

I’m surprised he can still remember that far back.

I thought it would've been when he asked Saban for a second mortgage on his parent's rent free house.

Perhaps his father has stopped beating him?

Dude, Saban has no chill. I remember a story where Michal Clayton and Matt Maulk were celebrating in the locker room after winning the natty and Saban pulls them into a room. He asked them right there if they were returning for their senior season because he had to know to rebuild the team.

Only for those fans who get beat by him regularly.
Your take is not reality, it has been debunked many times by former players and sports personalities.

Sounds just like him.

I remember after one of the NCs at Alabama they let an ESPN reporter fly back on the plane with the team.

Dude walks up to the front of the plane to interview Saban and asked him what he was doing on his computer.

He was watching game film of the team they played week 1 of the next season. Hours after winning the freakin NC.

Saban is crazy but I don't believe that at all
If they said something like recruiting schedule or offseason planning etc, that'd make more sense

After winning the 03 title at LSU, a reporter asked him what his first thought was after winning the game was? Saban said he thought, wow, this is a lot of excited fans. How do we repeat?

That was not the answer the reporters expected.

His reaction when they won that NCG was priceless though. Even he couldn’t hold back his emotion.
