Based on the precedent that Bama gets mulligans why didn’t Georgia get the benefit of the doubt for being the most dominant team in the country the last 3 years?

Georgia absolutely the better team. It’s almost impossible to put them in when you lose your conference championship to Bama. Had Bama lost to Auburn and had two losses, then I think Georgia gets in and wins the whole fricking thing easily.

By the “best team” standard, yes.

By the “on the field” standard, no.

We have a selection process that uses which ever of these is most convenient as needed.

Hot take. Only 2 teams should have gotten in. Michigan and Washington.

Georgia losing to Bama messed up everything. We march on Athens at dawn.

By Bama logic and committee logic, true.

By actual logic, false.

We knew how that game would go, we literally just saw it

FSU should have gotten in at 3 and Texas at 4

TRUTH. If what Georgia brought to the table was BAMA and BAMA was Georgia…Bama would have still been in the CFP and you all know it’s true

UGA and Bama play 10 times…wouldn’t be surprised for UGA to win 8 of 10. Bama got fortunate they only play once.

It could have been mich, wash, fsu and liberty. 4 undefeated teams.

Mich vs liberty

Wash vs fsu

Still the same final game but much less entertaining. What happened pissed a lot of people off but those were good games that were up in the air to the very end like it’s supposed to be.

Whether we like it or not they made the right choices.IMO.

false. we lost the game.

But the committee isn’t looking at game results. The committee looks at the injury list and the eye test.
