Look what Aikman did in the championship game they lost against SF. Down 21 early and lit them up. One bad non PI call against deion who tackled Irvin at the 5 yard line and got away with it and the Switzer penalty or he wins that game. Aikman is probably underrated if anything.

Aikman's w/l record after his first 20 games was 3-17.

The team he started with was equivalent of the Miami dolphins present day squad. He got his brains beaten out.

He's far more athletic but if he played in that Era he would have been fitted with a body bag.

Why? Are you saying he would have been so good they would have hired someone to shoot him in his sleep?

Aikman also played in an era where his #1 receiver got away with OPI all the time.

Did Aikman miss the part about this being his second year playing, or the part about football being a team sport? Also did he miss the eye test that shows Mahomes> Aikman at everything football or quarterback related?

Are you serious ?

That's because after literally 1 season , people feel the need to claim Mahomes is the greatest ever.

One stupid statement deserves another stupid statement.

Aikman sucked lol. Lucky he played on stacked teams in an era where quarterbacks didn’t have to carry teams. He jealous

Nobody has said he has the greatest career ever

But, its already factual to say Mahomes is playing QB at the highest level we have witnessed

Imagine if Mahomes wasn't toying with the defense throwing no look passes and took it serious.
