Is this going to hurt FSU and the new HC?

Their coach needs to completely clean house and go with walk-ons. How this group that has massively underachieved got so entitled is a mystery. Also, how they think they're not replaceable is beyond me.

He just inherited Fishers mess and was over his head. Norvell was supposed to be the one to fix things and it has continued. May be something going on there we don't yet know about. Absolutely no reason they should be the way they are currently. It's not a Miami situation with Shalala doing everything in her power to shut down football, at least from a competitive standpoint. Something is going on there for sure

Florida State fans told me that FSU's problem was 100% Taggart and his coaching and Norvell simply coming in would be enough to turn them back into an ACC/playoff contender

So if they say its a rebuilding year, they are wrong

He needs to clean house and they need to give him time. Seems like a fricking mess over there.

It’s not like things were awesome and then went south once Norvell got there.

There's no excuse for what Norvell put on the field and Saturday but if he's gonna be around long term he's got to weather the storm long enough to get rid of these upperclassmen. I don't care who they or what they're supposed draft stock is, they're entitled bitches with no leadership qualities. I watched a supposed 1st round draft pick who loves to tweet get manhandled by an OL that was as bad as ours last year. I watched another hotshot WR who wore halloween masks on the phone sideline under Taggart drop about 3 critical passes. If Norvell has any balls he'll start a youth movement and bench all these posers. I'll admit the optics of these 2 transfers is crap but one is another twitter all star who was never coming back and another highly ranked HS prospect who thought his speed meant he didn't need to work to see the field. If the ship is gonna completely sink than I wanna see the people who will paddle instead of the ones using others to float

Yeah, at this point, it doesn't really matter who's mostly to blame. Something seems fricked up with the culture surrounding the program beyond the coaches.

Norvell probably hopes more guys who have been around the last few years choose to leave.

LOL

People throw that phrase around like candy. There's only about 6 or 8 blue bloods in cfb history and fsu ain't one of them
