How much does it hurt G and Krjekejrjjski now that they each lost a teammate today before the beast stages...

Going to give credit where it's due on this one, Chris Horner's commentary has grown on me throughout The Tour.
Wasn't a big fan at first but he does a good job.

I still think he is going to be with the peloton at the bottom of the Galibier.

It probably hurts losing Martin more than Rowe.
Interesting to see everyones tactics today, could be ridden at a ridiculous pace to try and break JA. However he’s the best descender of the lot so they will need to put decent time into him before the final descent.
2 big stages to come but I pray they try and light it up

The long climb to col du Lautaret has a tailwind today... ripe for early attacks...
The non-GC attacks are already starting. While I was convinced it wasn't today may be THE day.
ETA The peloton is split in two at 26k...

No one is worried about Quintana. Not even Movistar

50 miles to go and the group maillot jaune is down to like 20.
Movistar doing damage.

This Tour has been so much more entertaining and interesting this year already - and then there's Movistar. What an absolute cluster that bunch is...

Most of their top riders are leaving for other teams and they all seem to hate each other. Terrible tour so far. That team has always been tactically inept also.

JA sliding back in the peloton

That break should stay away with the climbing power in there

Beautiful counter by Nairo.

Dumbfrick Movistar screwed a potential raid on the podium by Nairo.
Posted on 7/25/19 at 9:46 am to usc6158
Nairo beat Andy Schleck's previous record on the Galibier by over a minute. Insane
