G has crashed and hit the deck pretty hard apparently. Not sure on his current condition.

Hit a curb and was literally bucked off the bike. It was odd

I thought he hit a tire but was it the curb?

Did you guys see Sagan sign that autograph riding the Tourmalet? I'm not sure there's anything he can not do on a bike.

I think you’re right. Upon rewatch it looks like he high sided and it flipped him.
I don’t think he lost any time incredibly enough but he HAS to be hurting going in to tomorrow.
Also I think JA loses yellow mañana
But maybe he defies current talking points about him yet again. We shall see

eta: Drank time . Hopin for 25-30 miles before dark thirty eastern

Do you think the Col de la Sentinelle is enough to pop JA?

You need a climb that is long (20+k), exposed, and avg. Grade of 7-8%.

Agreed, I think his lead stays intact tomorrow. I also think he will be with the peloton at the bottom of the Col de Galibier on Thursday but someone will have to take a good lead on the road at the summit for him not to make up enough time on the descent to hold on. If he is in yellow on the start Friday I think it will come down to Val Thorens on Saturday which isn't very steep but is brutally long and is a mountain top finish. We will also see how banged up Thomas is tomrrow.

A shame about Fugslang but he was 4 minutes down on G, and shown nothing in the mountains. I don’t think he was a threat for the top 5 let alone the win

Is the peloton that far back or did something happen?

Tony Martin and Luke Rowe have been expelled from the TDF after their small altercation today during the race. Still trying to find a source that tells what happened. I saw the interaction and elbow nudge but not sure the reasoning.
Seems like a harsh penalty.

Profile tomorrow for those interested. Will the crack start tomorrow? Hot and a shite load of climbing will add up to someone having a bad day imo if they race it proper. Can’t wait!
