You'll see Ivory in short yard situations...maybe... Ingram is a hoss and was drafted to carry the load.

I agree but he is a rookie and he wont be heavily relied on at first.

you guys are saying how deep the backfield is. Sproles isn't built for lots of carries. We aren't talking 5 injuries...maybe 2 and Sproles starts carrying the rock alot. If that happens, the Saints will have problems.

The great thing is the Saints have ridiculous depth and basically a back for every situation. Ivory is a bull in short yardage. PT might be the best screen back in the game. Ingram is a guy that can tote the ball 300 carries a year. Sproles is a dynamo, great return man, and can really hurt on 3rd down against tired defenses.

NFC north by far. Not one bad team in that division nOw that Minnesota has Mcnabb. Give me a break with this NFC south. Only two legit teams.

I want to see Ingram run in the NFL before he is valued.

AFC east had 36 wins last year. same as the nfc south.

ETA: nfc south had a team only win 2 games last year. what other division can say that? none.

Somoeone needs to save this thread so we can revisit it come late December....I really think the NFC North is being overvalued here. Minnesota won't be very good, and I think the Bears and Lions are both big question marks.
