Unfortunately the big 10 would rather invite powerhouse colorado with only 23 conference wins in the last 96 conference games to join instead of TCU.

Im glad the big 10 has such a stong road and is only making it stronger.

Unintentional irony much?

OSU ran the table and won a NC in 2002

What undefeated seasons at TCU are you pointing to?

this is 2010 by the way.

TCU was undefeated last year and is this year.

Certainly taking on TCU or BSU would have been in tOSU's advantage this year

OSU has a lot more to lose than gain from playing BSU and/or TCU as an OOC game.

If we win, the excuse is we should have won...but if we lose then we are terrible.

The same went for earlier in the season when there was a possibility to play them in the NC game. If we win it means nothing, if we lose it means everything.

I can't speak for teh school when it comes to how they make their scheduling decisions, but this is why I am afraid to see them play OSU.

Denver is a much bigger market than Boise, fwiw.

It's not just about how good they are at football. $ is teh only thing they are concerned with.

James Madison beat the same VTech school. Let's put them in!

I hear a 7-Year-Old Flea-Fly football team in Texas hasn't lost a game this year. They can only play the schedule they're given. Let's give them a shot.

When you can only put two teams into the title game, you should put the most deserving teams. You would like us to believe that more wins and fewer losses should be the sole comparison for deciding the most deserving teams.

I submit that 10 Trailer Homes and 0 Tents are not better than 9 Mansions and 1 Tent. I'm just trying to put this into terms that you can understand, because the traditional SoS logic just hasn't seemed to work yet.

Oh really? I missed that part where TCU won their bowl game... probably happened in the same alternate universe where OSU won their BCS Bowl game and NC in 2006 maybe?

TCU and Boise should immediately call tOSU and ask them to schedule a series of games for the next several years. The call should be recorded and the posted when tOSU cowardly refuses.

Ohio State plays, Miami (FL), Michigan State, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Colorado, Penn State, Illinois and Michigan next year. Do you really think they'd shrink away from a game against Boise State or TCU.

Let's see your team play a schedule like that.

You still don't get it. Yes VT had the same time to prepare but for them their SEASON and BCS bowl bid did not hang on this one game. Heck they lost the next week to a 1AA school and they are still going to will the ACC and go to a BCS game.

If BSU loses that game it's game over shut the door on BSU not so much for the other teams.

oh ok, I thought every game counts in CFB? you seriously cant believe that VT didnt put in the same amount of preparation as boise did for this game. a game played in from of 100k vt fans and on national tv. you seriously cant believe that. if you do you are a moron.

You really are dense arent you?

The discussion is about whether or not an undefeated FBS team desreves the right to play in/for a BCS NC and or BCS bowl.

Thus my statements are correct TCU was and is undefeated in the regular season in 2009/2010.
tOSU is and was not undefeated in 2009/2010. For that matter neither are any of the teams whining that TCU/BSU dont belong.

Don't be a stupid dick...

conversation was about who has been getting screwed... no way can you argue TCU was undefeated last year because they were not

And it happens to more deserving candidates than Boise or TCU - happened to Auburn in 2004

Yes. Please prove to me where they have agreed to play TCU in the past.

FWIW Neb, MSU, Wisc, Penn are impressive.
Miami, Illinois, Mich, and Colorado are not based on performace this year and in some cases historically also.

So no....under the current 2 team single game NC setup, an undefeated team shouldnt be guarenteed a place.

The system is flawed in the fact that there is no playoff and should be changed, but as of right now it is what it is.

An undefeated WAC team will usually have less credentials than an undefeated SEC, Big Ten, and PAC-10 team. This year is a great example. Oregon and Auburn have better credentials and therefore will be in the NC game if they win out.

Every other 1 loss team is currenlty ranked lower than Boise and TCU.

Historically Miami (FL), Illinois and Michigan are LEAGUES above any team TCU plays on a regular basis.

Ohio State also has future home and homes with Oklahoma, Tennessee, Cal and Virginia Tech already set up. Who does TCU have scheduled?

Step it up, travel and go play some of the big boys in other conferences. Then your argument will have merit. Until then you're just blowing smoke up peoples asses.
