It's his last contract and that's a difference of 30 mil. He'd be very dumb to not explore other offers.

He'd look great as Embiid's backup for a year, get his money, go ring chase next year

Zaza is gone, he'd be a nice fit in GSW. Money may not what he wants though

Would be a pretty good signing, imo. Pels need the 3 point shot badly, and if players are going to miss shots, we should at least get some entertainment value.

@Chris_Broussard OKC deserves props. But I don't see PG staying unless OKC reach at least WC Finals. If Russ don't sign supermax, they may both go 2 Lakers.

I'd be entertained by SwaggyP.

But as a basketball player:
shot 40.4% from 3 last year on 7 attempts
career of 37.6% from 3 on 3.8 attempts

Positive RPM: 0.65
Horrible defender though: -1.63

Not bad if he's cheap. He's got offensive talent, but man his defense sucks

Swaggy P is a complete knucklehead, but he has the thing that NOP needs desperately: scoring/shooting

I think this is good for Houston, but I can't wait to see the spin from those creaming over the deal.

We said, correctly I might add, that the deal last night was for too many years and $$. Didn't need to reference the over 38 player rule to know that bro.

For 4 years. For a guy that is likely 60 years old.

Saying it's a steal, total cream job! Dude was going to make 3.5% of the cap, had a 19 PER last year and isn't 40 or anything. Did you misread the initial deal?

Not exactly the type of money that'll cripple a franchise.
