Lakers for life baw. The lows are what makes the highs so much better. Those Smush Parker/Kwame Brown/Chris Mihm squads really made me appreciate the '09/'10 teams that much more.

What other team in LA should i measure up too?

If your team had some actual success in the past, you wouldn't feel the need to measure yourself against any Laker team. You would measure your own team by actual accomplishments.

I guess, if you are going to say something outlandish. You have to at least have something to back it up.

Not a forgone conclusion that Cleveland wins the East at all. I actually think they won't.

Lol

Yeah, Wall/Beal or IT/Hayward is going to knock off a LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Love team.

Also, Utah just signed Sefolosha. That team is going to be gritty as hell with the additions of Elijah Millsap (okay, I goofed) and Rubio as well

We're going to be one of the best, if not THE best, defensive teams in the NBA. Now, don't ask me where the scoring is going to come from....

The average NBA salary is going to exceed $7 million for 2017-18 season. The union predicted that it will reach around $8.5-9 million by 2020.

Maxi Kleber is coming to Dallas. Watch out NBA! The Mavs are back!

quote:

Maxi Kleber, a 6-9 forward from Germany, will be signed to a partially guaranteed contract by the Mavericks, a source said.

Kleber has played for Bayern Munich and is from Dirk Nowitzki's hometown of Wurzburg. That's purely coincidence, general manager Donnie Nelson said.

It is possible that Kleber will be placed in Frisco with the Texas Legends, but the Mavericks believe the 25-year-old has potential. It is expected Kleber will be one of the 20 players invited to training camp.

New development

Melo to HOU. Knicks want Bledsoe but Suns pushing Knight. Anderson to NO. Still unclear on who would go to PHX

Looks like PDX maybe out due to no one wanting to take on Myers Leonard.
