Yes

I hate the cowboys but I believe it was. He tucked it with his hand then the ball popped out when it got the ground. That would be a fumble and he held on to it.

Yes. The ref that saw it from two feet away thought so too. He already had it & was extending for the end zone. Not a Cowboys or Packer fan (or hater).

It's either a bad call or a bad rule. That was a legit football play. Would have been a catch for most of the NFLs existence.
And I dont care for the cowboys.

Absolutely a catch. He made a football move after he caught the ball when he tried to stretch for the end zone.
