I don't see how anyone can watch this tourney or any of our games against a team worth a damn and somehow still come away thinking McMahon can be successful at this level.
IDGAF how much you put towards a roster. The players still have to be coached up and put in a position to be successful and that's not happening with McMahon. I've never been so confident in saying something regarding LSU sports in my entire life.

The good news is Woodward decided to make EXTRA sure MM is bad, in the process letting several potential candidates get hired this year.
Of course, he will only have 3 players returning for next year (like in his first season). So really, next year won’t actually count

Same here. It's even more frustrating that they're wasting a bunch of NIL money for that bum.
It was actually kind of funny going back and reading some of the threads from last year around this same time. With the commits we had and the returning players, the McMahon cucks were saying he finally had the players he needed and it would be a tourney team.

Yep.
He had enough talent on the team to make the tourney this year - considering all you needed was 5 or 6 wins in the SEC. He couldn't even do that.

I'm still waiting for them to tell me one thing he's done well as a coach here, besides be a nice guy.

McMahon has destroyed interest in basketball with rotten coaching and lack of player development. Does anybody think a new cast of characters will make any difference? I hope I’m wrong but they will get out of the gate playing a bunch of patsies and by the end of the season will hover towards the bottom of the SEC. He has killed following the program. He is the Undertaker!!!!

I’m not his biggest fan, but he’s done more with less at his last stop. LSU was in the bottom of the conference in regards to NIL spending for men’s bb. The current state of college athletics especially basketball, the days of the Cinderella story are over, the Butlers, VCU etc, done. I don’t quite agree it’s not his coaching acumen, at least they never quit, it’s not like he lost the locker room. Lastly we should support all the programs, it’s fair to be critical but to come on here and call him a bum is a bit harsh. Do your career accomplishments and revenue earned exceed that “bum”???
