I’m not so sure. USC has a better run in baseball in the 70’s. They’d be on my list.

The 5th I would have to think about

Obviously UCLA under Wooden but I’d also classify Coach K’s Duke run as dynasty worthy, no?

I think Dukes titles are too spread out to be considered a Dynasty

That’s probably a fair statement

Although I would devils advocate by saying K built that program from scratch and the program under him is still going strong

Not as if they had 5 titles spread out among multiple coaches

Hard to compare decades
USC in baseball was better than LSU run in baseball but what LSU did will never be done in this day and age with the changes that came with 35 man rosters
When USC did it, the SEC did not put any resources in baseball
Once Skip and Polk did it, all bets were off and SEC teams saw a moneymaker and sold out stadiums

Football would have to be Bama and I don't see it ever being duplicated

UCLA basketball but again different times, the ACC hadn't become the juggernaut it is now

The same can be said about the UNC Tar Heels that have won seven national championships (1924, 1957, 1982, 1993, 2005, 2009, 2017) and participated in an NCAA-record 20 Final Fours.

North Carolina is the only school to have reached at least one Final Four for 8 straight decades and at least two Final Fours for 6 straight decades.

On paper, that is certainly a dynasty to me.

Since we are opening it up to other sports. Here is one:

Cal - Berkeley Rugby.
40 or so championships and they won 33 of them.

The California Golden Bears rugby team is the college rugby team of the University of California, Berkeley. The Golden Bears have won 33 championships since the national collegiate championships for rugby began in 1980.
