In Wisconsin, a first-offense OWI is generally a civil offense, not a criminal charge. The citation typically carries a fine ranging from $150 to $300.

The sobriety test included him taking a snap and holding for the FG Kicker.

Of course he performed poorly.

First it was the Micah Parsons foot fetish story, among other things, and now this. This offseason has been a roller coaster.
