I don't know if I posted this here, but I heard from a very reliable source that the reason Vrabel left Ohio State....
the close Ohio State win against Michigan (i think it was Urban's 2nd year at Ohio State. at Ann Arbor the year OSU won on an INT in OT), Urban was a dick in the locker room. The team came back in the locker room and the coaches started getting into it.
Urban told Fickell how much the defense sucked, Fickell started defending himself, Vrabel was like "Luke, we sucked bro",
Urban told Vrabel to shut the frick up,
Vrabel grabbed Urban by the throat and slammed him to a wall,
Urban told Vrabel he would never coach at Ohio State again.
Vrabel took a job with the Texans in the offseason.
