Splitting the schools and now wielding thier power over high school kids. They’ve turned the greatest high school football system in the country to the worst. This is greatly affecting the players competitive nature and thus will hurt LSU football. Time to get the politicians (yeech) to wipe them out

Life tip: other people don't always know what's in your mind. Try using some background info or context clues next time.

Denied a player at Hahnville to compete his senior year. A qb who moved over the summer. Huge meeting today and the board was a total embarrassment. I don’t have any skin in the game but this is a huge story Years ago the LHSAA split the schools championships one for government schools and one for private / parochial schools. It reduces competition and is akin to everybody gets a participation trophy These are two examples.

I am assuming he is talking about the sanctions on Hahnville qb transfer and their football coach that were upheld this morning?

It was never the best. And currently, it’s not the worst either. Great athletes doesn’t mean the system was great.

If players effort changes because of any ruling, shame on them.

On paper, private schools have no business competing with public schools if recruiting is not equal. However, if rules aren’t enforced, there’s no point in the rule.

When were they ever the greatest HS football system in the country?

Texas, Florida, California, Georgia and maybe a few more states would disagree.

Per capita, Louisiana is up there when it comes to producing talent. Take a look at what states produce the most "blue chip" players.

But one thing I don't understand is.. Why did they suspend that QB that transferred from Vandebilt Catholic to Hahnville, but all these Catholic school are able to "recruit"?
