I have no clue what you are talking about but do now know that tiger gives zero fricks and just drops balls where he wants

My thought was you cannot drop in bounds unless your ball hit in bounds first. Or is it different for every hazard.

hazard is you take the line the ball crossed(entered) the hazard and take that that line between the hole no closer

OB is retee or hit from the same spot

whatever you thought it was is incorrect

Hazard is not the same as out of bounds

And you don't get to drop after out of bounds anyway

Can't blame him on this one....he asked the guy he was paired with his opinion and also the marshalls on the hole...they all said the same area so that's why he dropped it there....the commentators with exception of Miller said they thought it was good drop...unless they start using instant replay this will contunue

Red hazard means you can drop where it crossed into the hazard, where it lands in the hazard is of no consequence. If it lands in the hazard on the fly, you drop as close to where it crossed as possible. Tiger and his playing partner and his playing partner's caddy made that determination.

Sergio would be like oh no it never started in play. you have to hit from the tee again. I know a rocket engineer and thats what he told me

A statement was released that even if it is proven beyond all doubt, there would be nothing done. Tiger followed protocol and his playing partner confirmed. No video evidence matters at this point or else every player could be possibly penalized after they honestly intended to drop the ball correctly.

Whether you think it is illegal or not, he was likely scoring a double bogey either way.

When he missed the putt, was slightly relieved because I figured that would erase any concern over the drop, but I forgot this is the MSB.

There is no video evidence in the first place. This is all for naught. The usual Tiger haters are just trolling us.

+1 .. That's why I said that if you can get your playing competitor to agree with you, more power to you.

Whitenburg was just looking out for his bank account there

Tiger was about to drop when Whit told him to go up another 20 yards, so it's not like that argument works here

The overhead angle was also very misleading with the angle of the camera.

Camera angles for golf can make a ball look like a shank and it ends up in the middle of the fairway.
