thanks. you can appreciate his talent and still recognize that the guy is an unlikeable miserable arrogant arse. He is the opposite of what a "professional" golfer should be in how he carries himself.
Funny how Augusta makes a big deal about a young player turning his hat backward in an interview but their golden boy acts an arse on TV wiht millions watching and he skates by.
I know Nantz is sick of Tiger's act---he's said it in not so many words in interviews last year. I bet he was biting his toungue in the tower.

this is far from the truth. did you watch yesterday? the loudest roars were for tiger. most people were pulling for him. it's more exciting when he wins.

you only further make MY POINT. He thinks he is ENTITLED to preferential treatment by the media and when it doesn't happen, he pouts and acts an arse.
As long as the media is reporting facts, then he has no argument and the FACTS stand against him over and over.
You would think a man who has supposedly undergone therapy, gone back to his buddhist roots, and committed to be a better person, would go out of his way to show the world that he IS DIFFERENT. He has almost become more of a prick.

Funny, people love the frick out of Bobby Knight when he was beyong arrogant and a dick to all media, but he was entertaining while doing it. But because Tiger is a robot and gives short answers while being a dick, people hate it. I guess if Tiger berated reporters, people would be all laughes and love him for it.

other than Dick Vitale I can't think of anyone kissing Knight's arse very much. I think his act wore thin. I mean he was booted from Indiana and had to go to Lubbock freaking Tx.
I also think its wrong to compare post game press conference of sports like basketball and football to the post game interviews of golf tournaments. It simply way different culture and there is acode of how to conduct yourself going back centuries.

Cause BOBBY didn't FALL as far as Tiger did. KNIGHT could be arrogant cause of espect from the MEDIA. Tiger has ALOT of questions that still need to be answered.
