I ride my bike on Jupiter island all the time. Speed limit is 25-35 for majority of it. It’s like 2 roads straight up and down the island.

He’s had ten or so back surgeries.
Those cause the type of pain that might make it difficult to drive and even more difficult if self medicating

I have a lot of questions based on that picture for sure. There's no curb. The area looks residential, and the rest of the car looks undamaged. Don't see any crash debris or broken windows. It literally looks like it was just tipped over. Who knows, could be AI
