It's close. Could "stand" as inconclusive so now Houston could end up losing a challenge and a timeout due to the BS call, too

If that was ruled a catch for the Texans, they reverse the call, but since Andrew Luck gets another completion, this is going to stand. And yes I'm bitter. You try being in the same division with NFL favorite Manning followed by Luck.

If the ball touches any part of the ground they will rule it incomplete. I can't really tell if it touches from that angle though
