Two hand touch on kick offs.
And you have to lateral at least twice or you lose 5 yards from where you went out or were touched.
Your TD only counts 5 if you didn't get the two laterals in.

And if a coach catches a cold after having the Gatorade dumped on him following a big win, ban that next.
