And if this is true...how stupid will those students feel after their dumbass riot?

No shite.

I have a nice, ripe, punch in the face for each and every one of those fricktards.

In a month you won't hear any of those whining bastards ever admit to being part of the rioting.

I didn't want to believe that the Gricar disappearance was in any way related to this case. I also couldn't understand how there were zero charges filed, or at the very least Sandusky immediately lose his job, after Sandusky admitted that he showered and shared a "naked hug" with a young boy in 1998.

Now, the picture is coming more clear.

Unlikely, but possible, his disappearance had anything to do with this.

I've been civil through this, but I'm growing tired of this shite. Label those pieces of shite as they are, but stop with this blanket shite. There are hundreds of thousands of Penn State alumni that are furious by the actions and inactions of the people involved.

Yeah, maybe there are. But there are thousands of current students that are not. To quote Deadspin, "Penn State Students Flip Over A TV News Van In Solidarity With Incompetent, Morally Complicit Old Relic."

You have a perception problem. Your indignance that people would paint PSU with a broad brush is probably better aimed at your morally complicit administration and coach, your media that fulfills no watchdog function, and your tone-deaf students.

It is completely unfounded, rumor at this point. You don't go with something like this without some significant corroborating evidence.

why do you think it's unlikely? I think with everything that is coming to light, it's very likely

The timing of it doesn't seem like it has anything to do with this and there are many, many other explanations that are as or more likely to be true.

At this point it's only a rumor fed by histeria. I think the reporter says it should break by Saturday. I'll withhold judgement until then

I agree we need to be careful with these rumors at this point but in light of the events of this week and the last 15-20 years they are far more plausible than we would have ever wanted to consider.

Also, Madden was the reporter who had this story in April when nobody else would touch it. Its clear he has a source inside law enforcement or the State Attorney's office. I believe he knows first hand that an investigation is being executed into these rumors of an alleged organized child sex ring at second mile. Whether they find proof or not is another question but I believe they are surely digging into this and for them to dig into it they have to have a lead or a witness or something to make it a credible thread. Possibly Sandusky himself at this point.

This.

Robinson is like the Grim Reaper of college football. You see him around shortly before your program dies.

I would guess its not them. They're sports journalist, and this has moved way beyond a sports story. There are just as good actual journalist out there that would be just as scary to PSU.
