For anyone that didn't see tonight, Arkansas snapped its 20 game SEC losing streak and beat Miss State 21-14 in Starkville, holding the team to 313 yds passing.
They were 17 point favorites.
They copied Washington's defensive blueprint of rushing 3 and dropping 8 into coverage. The score should have been worse but Arkansas shite the bed on offense all night.

Arkansas actually has a competent coaching staff now and not a D coordinator who should have retired 10 yrs ago but still collected $1 million+ checks, and a HS head coach.
They won't win a ton of games this year, but they will not be the joke cake walk they have been the past 3 years. They'll get someone else again this year they're not supposed to.

They're still Arkansas that had a worse record than Stanford did in Conference when they upset USC... They might be okay but still isn't an excuse for the defending national champs to lose that game while Bama stayed the same.
LSU losing to Moo State is USC-Stanford of that ilk...worse, all off-season to prepare and still Moo State set records in the SEC while hapless Arkansas shuts them down?

Isn’t this pretty much classic Mike Leach? Win a huge game that you probably shouldn’t but then lose a game later on that you should win.
