The best thing to happen in this bowl season would be for FSU to beat the shite out of UGA…. The other best thing would be for Michigan to beat Bama, but I highly doubt that happens.

The only thing Bama can prove in the "playoff" is that we needed more than four teams all along, and that it should never have been decided by a committee.

I’ve been saying this for 15-20 years
the problem with this is the same problem with "zero tolerance" policies; you have to have some semblance of common sense involved to account for random weirdness. If iowa or louisville, both trash teams wiht 2 losses, had upset undefeated teams in their CCGs you think they shoudl automatically get a chance to be antional champs? So 12-0 and in the top 3 all year Mchigan is now at home while a 2 loss iowa that can't score 10 points is in? That's utterly stupid. There shouldn't ever be automatic bids for anyone.

They fricking would have literally have gotten beat by the team you don’t want to put in. On the field. In a game. Why are we even playing games at this point?

Iowa sends in some walk-ons to completely take out Corum and McCarthy, and roll up some OL on the first drive, they get the boot, but Iowa now wins the Big Ten and is in. Why not, rigid rules allows it.
