Only surpassed by the level of delusion OSU fans have about the "rigged" Fiesta Bowl.
Ryan Day and the fanbase being colossal cry babies through the season probably have a little to do with the hate for the Big 10 power who is now sitting home crying some more.

What about 3 awful calls that were all on plays that greatly benefited Clemson and changed the game?
As i said only do you have a legitimate beef is the scoop and score. Whining about missed calls doesn't change the fact that yes it was targeting by rule and yes OSU roughed the punter. I mean why are they trying to block a punt at that point in the game anyway?

this lack of self awareness is still astonishing to me after all the melting and crying about LSU being #2 for a couple of weeks, we have no business calling other fan bases colossal crybabies. Joe Burrow won the Heisman BY THE BIGGEST MARGIN in history and people are STILL crying because Joel Klatt and a couple of other people said Chase Young was the best player. Just stop.

You really sound like a crybaby about this game. the refs blew on call. You had a chance to win the game being up 16-0. You will not look at the mistakes that OSU made that could have won the game. Come on dude. You are better than this.

The Heisman isn't about the most important player. It is awarded to the most outstanding player. There is a legitimate argument that Young is further above other DEs than Burrow is above other QBs.
I said for months Burrow should have won the heisman, and he did. Chase Young is a 'safer' first round pick, only because QBs in bad systems or on bad teams flame out often. I don't expect it to happen to Burrow, but it has happened to very good college QBs before
Holy frick

Because they were trying to win the game? They were up by 2 points at the time (i think it was 16-14) and playing with an injured QB and injured RB. If they block that kick and recover in the endzone they go up 2 possessions, which is huge in a close game.

Why is every post on here a “gotcha” thread.
Amen brother. I sure hope this board doesnt go the way of the SEC Rant.
I think the annoyance about Young is not annoyance about Ohio State as much as it was about the media continuing to make such a huge deal about a guy that didnt deliver in observable ways.

Go on, please explain. Is it the part where i said Burrow should win it that has you laughing? or the part where I said he could flame out on a bad NFL team? Or the part where I said the heisman is about the most outstanding player?
I know you are always confused so want to clear things up for you

This is what people can't seem to understand, the refs blew at least 3 calls, that were HUGE momentum plays in a tight game. ALL 3 calls went Clemson's way.
Again I have said in countless threads that OSU should have executed much better, but those 3 calls legit led to at least 14 points for Clemson

Burrow won't flame out anywhere.
He's the most surefire QB to come out in a while.
he has HOFer written all over him, I expect atleast 2 SBs from him.

Remind me of these three calls that cost y'all the game. I see one. I also saw Lawrence ramble Pat your defense for a 67 yard TD. And Etienne rambling for the game winning TD that had nothing to do with the refs. Remember the refs aren't the only part of the game you are looking at. Execution matters even more. Clemson did and OSu didn't.

Judging by the title I really thought this was going to be a troll and you were going to refer to Grant Delpit.

Why should a player be penalized because he plays a stronger position?
