Yeah except for Bosh being a multiple time All-Sta who was averaging like 24-12 before he came to the Heat and all.

Did you even read the rest of my post dumbass?

$5 says that I can prove that Wade played better for the Heat in these playoffs than Pippen did for the Bulls during one of their playoff title runs. Take the bet son.

WTF does this have to do with ANYTHING I said?

I'm with this guy for a lot but not all of what he said

I do think that the Heat are a microcosm of this country. You have

1) players that are arrogant (the Decision, Lebron's "you have to go back to your unhappy lives" comments, the "what should I do" commercial, the "not 1, not 2, not 3...")

2) players that do not respect authority (challenge the ref's calls all/every game and making disgusted faces at every call that goes against him)

3) players that act like children when calls do not go their way (Lebron running down the court against the Pacers, jumping up and down against the Spurs, etc, etc, etc)

4) players that do not man up and take responsibility but flop instead (I never respected that baseball team you played in high school that tried those hidden ball tricks or fake a throw to the outfield to try to get you to run to the next base -- if your really good be a man and beat us at the plate don't pull BS bush league moves in this case its flopping)

5) players that do whatever it takes to win mentality (is teaming up with Bosh, Wade and Ray Allen against the rules? no but for me it takes the excitement and enjoyment out of watching basketball because the Heat should win every single game they play in...then they act arrogant when they win when thats what they should do because they created a dream team!)

The premeditated idea to all play together pisses me off too but I won't go into any more of that issue

I will always respect the TALENT the Heat have they are incredible...unless something changes I will NEVER respect LeBron or most of the players on the Heat as a person of any moral character because they are a microcosm of todays society that expect government handouts, don't take personal responsibility for their own health and families, do not respect others, and would rather please themselves than help another person...its the exact same mentality

Unfortunately the Heat and its organization and celebrated because society loves a team thats just like them

Im not saying if you like the Heat these are your characteristics but I think it's true for many

"do not respect authority (challenge the ref's calls all/every game and making disgusted faces at every call that goes against him) "

In most all circles, Tim Duncan is considered the ultimate pro, yet he is one of the worst in the league at this above statement. Him and his Spurs are one of the worst flopping teams in the NBA, yet they are considered the franchise which all should be modeled after.

The Heat do this and the are microcosm of this country?

Tim Duncan may complain but I've never seen him jump up and down and flail his arms around and run to the other end of the floor like a pompous, 2 year old jackass and very openly/obviously challenge the refs on a consistent basis -- this is why the Heat are a microcosm of today's society -- more children being raised by single mothers than any other time in history, men don't take responsibility they would rather bitch and moan

The reason why some people hate the Yankees is because they buy all their players, same formula as the Heat so its the same argument. They don't want to spend the time to develop and groom players they just want to win at any cost. There's no loyalty to that philosophy, no care in helping a player succeed. The Spurs built their team through the draft, FA, oversees, good player development etc with players who were not good until they came to the Spurs...THATS why they are the franchise others try to model themselves after

That franchise just lost, so maybe the Heat have the right idea.

if thats the model every team should follow then just have the NBA reduced to 6 teams because that will be the max number of teams that will be able to compete every year

because theres no way me or anyone else is going to watch a team as bad as the Bobcats playing against a team as talented as the Heat almost every night of NBA season

You've never seen Duncan flop or bitch about not getting calls? Are you new to basketball?

ETA: I've seen Duncan plead for calls. He will catch a ball and get stripped and just throw his hands in the air acting like the defender made contact. Come on, man. Don't act like only LeBron does it.

1. I didn't pick the bulls
2. Who gives a shite if the bulls were the number one seed, the super team has not gone into even one game since they joined as the underdog in the public's eye
3. Revisionist history? So the heat were not clear cut favorites from the beginning... some people.

At the exact moment he signed with the Lakers yeah sure.

One would have to be purposely ignorant though to argue that the Lakers didnt have more resources to surround Shaq with championship quality players long term than the Magic.

Shaq is in a similar boat with James. Titles were not the main reason he left his team in FA. He was operating under the delusion he would be a movie star

You just made our point....Kobe didn't run like a scared little bitch!! He got a shite ton of hate and criticism thru those lean yrs, waited till they got him some help and then solidified his legacy forever....he did it on HIS team and for HIS city. Lebron will NEVER have that, and I would bet that will haunt him one day

Ummm...the Heat is HIS team.

Did you even watch the finals? With their backs to the wall in game 6 he took the team on his shoulders in the 4th quarter down 10 and completely dominated the game on both sides of the court.

San Antonio did everything by the book in game 7 and tried to take him out of his game and he killed them even playing to his weakness by knocking down long range jump shots all night.

If you think that Miami isn't LeBron's team you're crazy.

NO ONE is as flamboyant and draws more attention to himself than LeBron, no LeBron's not the only one that flops but he's throws bigger and more temper tantrums than Duncan

But after all the points I've made your going to argue against that? come on bro

The greats are entitled to it. They have either worked harder or just plain better. Must have been a tough night and will be a tough another 10 years. Lebron will cause you guys to have a heartache soon

I just wasted my time skimming a few pages of this. I literally haven't seen a single coherent or intelligent argument made against the Heat.

Why are you guys letting these dumbasses get to 18 pages and counting?

Jordan abandoned his teamates to play baseball.

Who's selfish again?
