LINK

This is before that clock management meltdown. Let's see what they say tomorrow morning.

"Deion was letting the players figure it out themselves. It was a life lesson. It's bigger than football for coach Prime".

Insert my eye roll here

That’s not the impression I got at all from your link.

They do have a lot of hall of famers on that sideline. That’s just a fact. Obviously there’s been a lot of praise for Deion in general, and he’s done a really good job recruiting to Colorado.

Is the praise comparable to how good of a job he’s done? Of course not, but hopefully with Shedeur and Travis Hunter gone they won’t be shoved down our throats quite as much as last year.

The hypocrisy of our sports culture. Paint “equality” on the field and preach it, but give preferential treatment to certain people.

I look forward to the inevitable day(s) of his firing and his son getting cut. It’s truly amazing how many people kiss their asses for mediocre results.

He is the shiny new toy and he brings clicks, not hard to figure it out.

This will be the season that Deion can earn legitimate respect for his coaching acumen.

I think you’ll be waiting a long time for that.

As obnoxious as he can be as a coach, he has made CU relevant for the first time in 30 years and it’s probably not going to be hard for him to get enough talent there to win more than CU’s prior baseline of 2 or 3 wins a year.

I don’t think he goes until he wants to leave.

EDIT: I guess that could be soon, he could just decide he doesn’t want to do this anymore and the health issues are a valid reason to leave. Just saying I’d be shocked if he’s ever legit fired.

He’s been there for like 26 games and is around .500. For Colorado, that’s actually not bad.

He’s brought great exposure to the program, but when you’re building your roster mostly through the portal you’re not going to win anything.

Deion is way more promoter than coach. His staff with Sapp and Faulk is more interesting to watch than his players.

He’s bringing in eyeballs and bodies to the program.
