And will be either the 4th or 5th seed depending on what happens tomorrow.
From 14-20 and 11th place in the East to division champs with a 40-31 record and a shot at home court in the first round

As a lifelong Atlanta resident, I can confirm that very few ppl give a shite about the hawks. Most impressive thing this year though is just how bad of a coach Lloyd pierce was. But hey , he’s a democrat so he should get another job and didn’t deserve to be relieved of his post (dumb fuccing Rick Carlisle)

Very strange timeline. Chris Finch was getting some recognition on the recent Lowe Post Podcast but I remember when they (the media) criticized Minnesota for hiring the white coach from Toronto instead of the black assistant they already had to be head coach. Oops.

We need a Hawks win and a Knicks loss or a Hawks & Knicks loss with a Heat win to secure the 4 seed.

They went 26-11 under Nate Mac. You don't see runs like that in the NBA often. He should get serious consideration for COTY.
Also, Travis Schlenk, the GM, deserves a ton of credit as well. He had a plan, stuck to it when people were questioning him, and the plan worked. He has a fantastic eye for talent. Every move and player he has brought in has worked.
