It’s hard not to love that deal especially since the DH is probably coming to the NL in a year or two. I don’t think anyone thought we could get Ozuna for only 16 million a year before this off-season.

If there’s no DH we may be seeing a Marisnick type signing soon.

Luckily Pache is such a good and fast defender that he can help cover some of Ozunas liability. I was really hoping we would grab another pitcher since Morton is up there in age but I still love his signing for the postseason

Id like a Marisnik or Duvall signing since there is still a chance of the DH this year and we dont need Inciarte in left or Panda at 3rd, and Ender shouldnt be the first OF option off the bench.
Also, would like a reliever signing with the one year, low salary deals being given out to good relievers. Maybe bring back Greene.

They have some work to do in the pen but yes if they got Turner they would really be cooking with oil offensively.

So they went from 17.3 to 16.2 yearly, added an extra year and an option. The extra year clinched it.
