Bold. Bryant is versatile and a very good player but he carries health risk and that's a lot to give up for him. I'm not opposed to it but AA and friends had better do their due diligence on his medical records.

ETA: He hasn't missed as much time as I thought he had. If we can get an extension done, I'm on board with this.

I don't think Bryant at the expense of Donaldson makes us any better than last season, especially when we have Kakes and Joyce platooning in left.

We really need Pache to be the truth.

Mark Bowman @mlbbowman The Braves are bringing Charlie Culberson back with a Minor League deal and Spring Training invite. Culberson had been non-tendered last week.

Passan said on Russillo podcast this evening that the Braves are “zeroing in” on Arenado.

Rosenthal said this morning Braves are very concerned about Bryant’s defense and are not comfortable with the prospect cost associated with him.

None of the national writers have called any of AA's moves yet so we'll see. I find it hard to believe that the Braves would take on that contract and the prospect cost would be enormous

Would be an all in type move for sure.

Acuña
Albies
Freeman
Arenado

Would be extremely scary though.

Braves are thought to have checked in on Hyun-Jin Ryu. Uncertain level of interest. Also on Ryu: dodgers, jays, twins

Ryu seems like such a bargain, can't see why he's not more coveted

Maybe D’arnoud at C?

Puig's reverse splits have been talked about over and over on blogs and podcasts recently. Made too much sense with Nick gone and Freeman up in the air.
