Just now getting to a TV. Strider look as shitty as his box score?
Yes.
Curveball looked really good. But he couldn't locate his fastball that was sitting at 93-95 and he only got one swing and miss on the fastballs that were in the zone.

Giving Didier more looks in high leverage. Love it

I love how compact Baldwin's swing is.
His approach is WAYYYY more advanced than his years. It’s really impressive.

Strider was frustrated most of the time and had trouble throwing strikes. I believe he did have 6 strikeouts.

Yes, it was tough to watch. It was his first start back……but as was stated earlier…..it has been a few years since he has been dominant. He is going to have to reinvent himself as an actual pitcher instead of a pure stuff and max effort guy.

What a piece of hitting for Matt

He, Ozzie, and Drake are carrying this lineup……with some nice contributions from depth guys. Hopefully Riley can continue to come around and take some pressure off of the other 3……then Ronald come back and get to being an MVP candidate like he used to be.

Moylan saying Strider's fastball was "decent" is some wild propaganda.

Strider is fine and you guys will look like idiots when Strider starts amassing wins. But, I guess the guy should be perfect coming back from a long layoff.

You've said this every year for the last three years
How are you so wrong on everything?

Vodnik would be a good guy to try and bring back at the deadline and we wouldn't have to give up much to get him.
Loved his profile with us in the minors.

Really hope we keep Heim when Murphy comes back.
At the very least, it could be good deadline ammo if we don't trade Murphy.

Peter cracks me up…..hard to take him serious with that mustache
My wife asked me “what the hell is that on Peter’s face!”

They say we may carry a third catcher since Drake DH’s so much. I don’t understand the rule where the pitcher may be forced to hit.

If this was only a recent development, I would wholeheartedly agree with you. Strider even admitted that he needed to adjust the way he pitched.
You are acting like guys are rooting against him, and that’s not the case…
