Explain this idea you have that Acuña needs to be taken down a peg because he is playing at God level on the field and letting everyone know about it. It is softer than baby shite.

Internet user ShaneTheLegLechler summed it up earlier ITT

I picture all Cards fans squinting at an old school tube TV and scoring the game with a freshly sharpened number 2 pencil, cussing under their breath whenever some young Latin player has too many chains or flips his bat

What's the percentage chance they completely remove the chop next year. Guessing over 50 right now

Also if they change the name, to what

Have to think the FO was involved in that decision too. Imo it was putting the cart before the horse as it would have allowed Soroka to pitch G3 in this series and then @LA Friday night in game 1 on regular rest.

Obviously no one would ever admit it now but that’s my guess as to why they did it. Very, very stupid obviously.

Yeah. St. Louis hates “Latin players.”

St Louis fans are super racist, that’s why everyone at the games are wearing jerseys that say Smith, Gibson, Pujols, Molina, most commonly McGee

Front office will cave about the chop, hard to imagine they keep it TBH. Just how long does it take for them to phase it out without too many people complaining

I don’t want to see this talent wasted again like it was during the Bobby Cox years.

Unfortunately, Bobby Cox is still managing the team.

I had dinner in his sports bar around 12-15 years ago.

Also Pujols restaurant as well.
